Calculation workflow

1) choose an imported route or port-to-port lane · 2) enter kg/cbm or container · 3) calculate · 4) review all routes · 5) the user chooses the route · 6) an offer is created.

User guide

LCLkg + cbm are required. Calculation uses W/M.

FCLContainer type is required. Calculation is per container.

All routesThe best route is marked, but the user may choose any option.

OfferThe selected route is saved and sent to the Offers module.

Calculation from imported XLSX tariff

Connected to the Routes / destinations table. The user chooses the real destination without guessing port codes or LCL type.

For LCL the formula is: chargeable w/m = max(cbm, kg / 1000), then the XLSX tariff minimum is applied.

Combined multi-leg route

Use this when you do not want a single port-to-port route, but a chain such as Shanghai → Amsterdam, Amsterdam → Koper, Koper → Ljubljana. The system calculates each segment separately and marks missing tariffs.

Segment 1 from Segment 1 to Segment 2 from Segment 2 to Segment 3 from Segment 3 to Segment 4 from Segment 4 to Container / transport type Cargo weight kg Cargo volume cbm Margin % Cargo value Incoterm

Note: the multi-leg route must be connected as a chain. The destination of one segment must be the origin of the next segment. The segment total is informative; if a segment has no tariff, import a new tariff or add a CSV tariff.
